Telangana: K Chandrasekhar Rao scared to face PM Narendra Modi, how will he become national leader, says Bandi Sanjay Kumar | Hyderabad News – Times of India

HYDERABAD: Ridiculing TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao‘s foray into national politics, BJP state chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar said at a time when the CM was scared to face Prime Minister Narendra Modi, how would he face the people and emerge as a national leader.
During his ongoing padayatra on Tuesday, Sanjay said: “The CM is really scared of the PM. Yet, he wants to become the national leader. He does not even grant appointments to his own ministers.”
He demanded that the TRS government name the new secretariat building after BR Ambedkar or Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Addressing a press conference in the city, he said: “Previously, there were pictures of Ambedkar on official programmes and flexis. Now, there are no images of Ambedkar. Only the CM’s images are seen in all schemes,” he said.
In response to KCR’s claim that the BJP ruled the country with only 36% of the vote share, Sanjay said: “We are the largest political party in the world. Your party (TRS) is too small when compared to the BJP.”
On the row over fixing the electric meters, he said that if the state government fixes meters while blaming the centre, they will not spare the TRS government.
