Whether Alia had a tiring shoot day or was injured, she never took an off from her workout. “Shooting nights can be very tiring for the body because of the way it messes with your natural body clock. I woke up today feeling so exhausted. But, after monkeying around and doing some intense Pilates, my energy level just shot up.” It’s not necessary to do an intense workout when exhausted or tired but keeping the body activated and following the schedule is essential. However, having a rest day is recommended.
