Heat a pan or grill, place the marinated chicken pieces on a grill rack or brush some oil on a non-stick pan and cook the chicken breast by flipping sides, add ½ teaspoon of soy sauce and paprika to the chicken and cook it well. Once done, transfer to a plate and cut into pieces.
Next, wash, cut and assemble the leafy greens and veggies in a large bowl.
Make a dressing with crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, whisk it nicely and pour over the greens. Toss it all together and add the boiled chickpeas and chicken.
Mix it all together and add the croutons and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
