Nashik/Mumbai: Sawantwadi Sena MLA Deepak Kesarkar, who is currently in Guwahati, on Saturday told TOI over the phone that the group of legislators supporting Eknath Shinde would move the Bombay high court early next week challenging Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray’s decision to replace their leader from the party chief whip’s post and appoint a new MLA, reports Ranjan Dasgupta.
“We will move court on this issue by Monday or Tuesday. Our group has the backing of the majority of the Sena legilators. We are confident that the court will give its verdict in our favour,” Kesarkar said.
