Farah Khan Kunder is hilarious, witty, charming and basically just absolute fun to be around. So when she turned up to wish her best friend Karan Johar at his 50th birthday bash, a whole lot of merrymaking was guaranteed. And, according to the director-choreographer herself, she does not really remember all that she did at the party, which saw the biggest stars of Bollywood assemble under one roof. But luckily for us, there are ample pictures of Farah being a riot at Karan’s party, last week. And now, Farah has stitched the pictures together into a video and shared it with all her fans on social media.
In the video shared on Instagram, Farah Khan is being her electrifying self while posing with Vaani Kapoor, Preity Zinta, and Diana Penty. She was also captured dancing at the party. In one image, actor Abhishek Bachchan is sitting on Farah’s lap.
That’s not all. Farah Khan also posed with Ranveer Singh, director Rohit Shetty, Tabu and birthday boy Karan Johar himself. We even get a solo photo of Farah Khan dressed in an embellished jacket to match the party’s theme of “bling”.
Sharing the video, Farah Khan wrote, “Luckily there are pics to remind me what all I did Karan Johar’s 50th.”
Diana Penty replied to the post with a laughing emoji.
Farah Khan also shared the same video on Instagram Stories with the caption, “So apparently all this happened.”
Farah Khan had even posted an image of herself before heading to the party last week, showing off her black power suit with a blingy jacket. In the caption, she wrote, “All set for the Met Gala of Lokhandwala. Karan Johar’s 50th. I don’t think I took so much time to dress up at my own wedding.” While giving her styling and hair team credit in the caption, Farah added that she did her own makeup and added, “Attitude: my own.”
On Karan Johar’s birthday, Farah Khan gave Instagram a tour of his wardrobe which is gigantic, to say the least. In the caption, she wrote, “Happy 50th to Karan Johar… most sporting, witty, and intelligent friend I have. PS: I apologise for the number of times I said ‘Oh My God.’ Letting him have the last word on his birthday.”
Farah Khan and Karan Johar have collaborated on projects such as Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Student of the Year, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… and Main Hoon Na.
